Pricing questions
What counts as an active member?
A member with a running plan at any point in the billing month. Frozen, expired, trial and enquiry records are not counted.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Setup and member import are included in every plan.
Do we need a card for the trial?
No. Sign up, get your gym login by email and use every module for 30 days.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Move up or down a plate at any time. Changes apply from the next billing month.
Are prices in US dollars?
Yes. Plans are priced in US dollars. Taxes are added as applicable in your country.
